Dear Dr. Bright,
Thank you for presenting the keynote session on "Tapping the Positive Power of Criticism" at the 41st Annual International Association of Commercial Collectors, Inc. (IACC) Convention in Florida. We appreciate your support of IACC. The attendees thoroughly enjoyed your session as evidenced by comments heard at Convention.
Your participation in this year's Annual Convention greatly added to the value of the meeting by providing members with practical everyday information. They will most certainly take what they learned back to their offices and apply these new skills to their business practices for future growth of their companies.
I hope you enjoyed your time in Florida. It was a pleasure working with you and finally meeting you in person. Thanks again for your support of IACC.
Sincerely,
Sara Bobrowski

Dear Dr. Deb,
I heard lots of great comments about your presentation, if there was any criticism it was that the presentation could have been longer. We knew we where rushing you making a all day talk fit into 90minutes. Here we thought the attention span of our group was limited to 60-90 minutes.
I guess quality presentations are appreciated.
Will be in touch and I look forward to working together again.
Sincerely,

Dear

As

cannot express enough my sincerest thanks and appreciation to
you for all of your hard work and dedication. We have received
many complementary e-mails from attendees on how valuable the

been for them. This program could not have happened without
your expertise and teaching skills.
Deb, on
behalf of the MPI leadership and staff, I thank you for all
you did in making WEC such a success. I look forward to the
opportunity of working with you again.
With kind
regards,

Thank you
Hi
Deb,
The good
news is that I bought your book, read it, and thoroughly
appreciate all the hard work and research that went into it.
I’ve given it a home on the hutch behind my desk. I was
thrilled to find your signature on the inside
cover.
I’m so
glad I got to see a few minutes of your class. You had them
eating out of your hand!
Special
Thanks,
Susan |

Dear Dr. Bright: Deb,
Thank you
for your wonderful presentation last Thursday on the “Positive
Power of Criticism.” It was a delight meeting you in person
and receiving a terrific dose of your vivacious
personality.
Dr.
Bright, the evening was memorable. You made a lasting
impression on many of our members. Several people have
remarked to me that they put your ideas about positive
criticism to work immediately following your presentation. One
employee came by my office to day, purchased both of you books
noting she could not wait for her husband to read
them.
Once
again, thank you for spending your evening with me.
Sincerely,
